The Chiefs are the NFL’s last undefeated team behind an explosive offense that can rip off big plays at a moment’s notice. The Steelers, on the other hand, have major questions to answer after failing to score a touchdown in a home loss to the Jaguars. Can Pittsburgh get back on track in a game that promises to be a shootout? The two teams meet at 4:25 p.m. ET and broadcast live on CBS (live stream).
Steelers vs. Chiefs 2017 live stream: Start time, TV schedule, and how to watch online
Two AFC contenders clash in Kansas City.

Kareem Hunt has helped the Chiefs ascend to the NFL’s top tier this fall. Through five games, the rookie tailback leads the league in rushing yards and has found the end zone six times. He’ll have his hands full against a Steelers defense that has begun to live up to its Steel Curtain roots; Pittsburgh has held opponents to just 4.5 yards per play in 2017 — good for third in the league.

Steelers at Chiefs news:
- The Steelers have a stacked offense. So why has it been so mediocre?
It’s reasonable to write one bad game off as a lapse, but the Steelers have failed to find their top gear throughout the early stages of the 2017 season. The club ranks 19th in the league in points per game, 23rd in yards per play, 13th in passing offense, and a baffling 24th in rushing yards per game.
“He’s just getting in now,” Reid said in a conference call with the Kansas City media early Monday afternoon. “We’ll know more later today, so we’ll let you know how it goes. He’s obviously got to follow the [NFL’s concussion protocol] that’s put out there. All of that will take place here with Rick (Burkholder) and our docs.”
- Ben Roethlisberger’s five-interception day has left the veteran wondering if he “has it anymore.”
His words were the product of a quarterback and a team grasping for answers vs. signing off on his career. Still, those aren’t the kind of self-deprecating words you’re used to hearing from Roethlisberger. They’re bound to raise an eyebrow too because of his dalliance with the possibility of retirement during the offseason.
- How did the Chiefs run down the Texans? With some ridiculous third-down efficiency.
The new Alex Smith doesn’t care about third and long. On Sunday night in Houston, the Chiefs were ridiculous on third down - in a good way! The Chiefs had 16 third downs and threw the ball on 12 of those. They converted 9/12 of those.
Is Le’Veon Bell ready for more carries?
Bell told reporters after the Steelers’ Week 5 loss to Jacksonville that the key to a Steelers victory is a run-heavy game plan. However, he’s failed to live up to the standard he set with two All-Pro appearances in his first five seasons with the team. He’s averaged a pedestrian 3.7 yards per carry this fall; Pittsburgh is going to need more from him to upend the league’s last undefeated team on the road.
