Just a year after making her Super Bowl debut singing the national anthem, Lady Gaga is back with a bit more stage to work with as the headliner for the Pepsi Zero Sugar Super Bowl LI Halftime Show.
Super Bowl halftime show 2017 performers: Lady Gaga to be introduced by Tony Bennett
The pop star is ready for the biggest show of her career.

The six-time Grammy winner — and Golden Globe winner and Oscar nominee -- has creatively caused chaos since emerging on the music scene several years ago. Whether it’s with her outfits, 8-inch heels or her provocative performances, there are many different words to describe Lady Gaga, but not one of them is “boring.”
Following in the footsteps of recent acts like Beyonce, Coldplay, Katy Perry and sometimes-rival Madonna, Lady Gaga is expected to take the stage after a short video with music legend, and longtime collaborator, Tony Bennett. The crooner and pop star have worked together for years, releasing an album together back in 2014 and more recently, Lady Gaga even serenaded Bennett at his 90th birthday party.
Mother Monster debuted her fifth studio album Joanne back in October, with her first single “Perfect Illusion” debuting at No. 1 on iTunes in 60 countries. In addition to her Grammys, her music accolades include three No. 1 albums on the Billboard Hot 100 and over 30 million global album sales and 150 million single sales — making her one of the best-selling musicians of all time.
Lately, Lady Gaga has turned her attention to acting, with an award-winning role on American Horror Story: Hotel and will be featured in the upcoming Bradley Cooper-directed film A Star is Born.
The pop star has been training hard for the halftime performance, and is expecting to be just as prepared for the big day as the football players. Lady Gaga said in a recent interview with Karson & Kennedy that it was her sister Natali’s idea to suspend the singer in the air to start the show, but was very tight-lipped about the rest of the surprises that await fans.
That didn’t stop rumors from leaking out, like one report that said she was expected to use “hundreds of drones” during her performance.
One thing’s for sure: you can expect the unexpected whenever Lady Gaga takes the stage, and with the world watching, this is her chance to make her mark on NFL history.
