The 2017 NFL Combine is here, and it represents the first major offseason event since the New England Patriots beat the Atlanta Falcons in the Super Bowl. The combine, which kicked off on Tuesday, Feb. 28, and will run through March 6, features some of the best draft hopefuls from around the nation doing various drills and off-field tests.

Players will go through medical and mental exams, extensive measurements, and most of them will take part in on-field drills such as the 40-yard dash, broad jump, vertical jump, and 3-cone drill. For those hoping to catch the action on television, the thing to watch will be the drills. Live coverage will be available from Friday through Monday starting at 9 a.m. ET on NFL Network, with an online stream available at NFL.com.

For the combine, players will arrive in four different waves on four different days, starting Feb. 28 and ending March 3. They will undergo four days of tests and events, with the fourth day in Indianapolis being when they take the field for drills.

This means that the first wave to arrive will see the field on Friday, March 3. That includes running backs, offensive linemen, and special teams. So if you want to watch big men run the 40 or see how high Leonard Fournette can jump, tune in Friday.

The second group will be quarterbacks, wide receivers, and tight ends. Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson and tight end O.J. Howard out of Alabama are two big names to watch on Saturday, March 4.

Defensive linemen and linebackers are up on Sunday, March 5, and that includes Myles Garrett, the favorite to go No. 1 overall in the draft. Michigan linebacker/safety Jabrill Peppers will also participate with this group. The final wave on Monday, March 6, will be defensive backs, which could be the deepest position in the draft.

Below is a full look at when each position arrives:

  • Feb. 28: Group 1 (PK, ST, OL), Group 2 (OL), Group 3 (RB)
  • March 1: Group 4 (QB, WR), Group 5 (QB, WR), Group 6 (TE)
  • March 2: Group 7 (DL), Group 8 (DL), Group 9 (LB)
  • March 3: Group 10 (DB), Group 11 (DB)

And below is the full schedule for the groups’ four days in Indianapolis.
