Semyon Varlamov Signs Two-Year Contract With Colorado Avalanche, According To Report
According to a report, Varlamov inked a two-year, $5.5 million deal with the Avalanche, far less than he was reportedly seeking.
The deal works out well for Colorado, who needed a goalie and pounced when Varlamov became available. With an affordable price, the Avalanche shored-up an area of need, at least in the immediate future.
