Matt Hendricks has been great in the Eastern Conference Semifinals for the Capitals, but sometimes the jitters of a Game 7 can get to a player. Hendricks took a pretty undisciplined hooking penalty on Michael Del Zotto at the 11:59 mark of the first period, a move that's not usually like him.
