Flyers vs. Penguins: Was Claude Giroux offsides?

Did the officials make the right call?

In Game 1 of the 2012 Eastern Conference Quarterfinals between the Flyers and Penguins, Philly forward Danny Briere was way, way, way offsides when he carried a puck over the blue line and scored a goal on Marc-Andre Fleury. It was part of a dramatic comeback that resulted in a Flyers win, and it hasn't been forgotten in Pittsburgh.

In Game 1 of the 2013 season between the two sides, the Flyers are trying to mount another comeback. Down 2-1 in the third, Scott Hartnell fed Claude Giroux with a stretch pass. It was really close, but the play was whistled dead and Giroux was denied a breakaway attempt at Fleury. The right call, or another botched offsides call?
