Mike Green pulls a Torii Hunter, flips over boards

Washington Capitals defenseman Mike Green tried to finish his check against Oilers forward Jesse Joensuu on Monday night, and well, it didn’t exactly go as planned.

Let’s just say that Detroit Tigers outfielder Torii Hunter probably knows how he feels.

That actually could have been really bad, especially for his teammates sitting on the bench as his skate went flying right past their faces. Fortunately everybody seemed to be OK.
