Michael Del Zotto can’t stop Brandon Sutter

Michael Del Zotto has some problems defensively. That was on display when he tried to stop Brandon Sutter.

It's never boring when New York Rangers defenseman Michael Del Zotto is on the ice. He is what you could call a "high event player."

He has some offensive ability and can create some offense for his team with 117 points in 276 games. He can also be a complete disaster in his own end of the ice at times, as he was in the third period against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Wednesday night when he tried to defend Brandon Sutter one-on-one.

It did not go well for the Rangers.

That’s probably one of the prettiest goals Sutter, who is known more for his defensive game, has scored in his career. It gave the Penguins a 3-1 lead.
