Canadiens vs. Flyers: Ryan White ejected for elbowing Kent Huskins

Huskins seemed to be knocked out on the play.

Ryan White could be expecting a call from the NHL tomorrow morning after a dangerous elbowing penalty on Monday.

As Flyers defenseman Kent Huskins carried the puck out from behind his own net, White charged towards him and sideswiped him as he released the puck. The way Huskins fell limply to the ice was a bit scary (it looked like he blacked out for a moment) but luckily he was able to skate off to the Flyers' dressing room. Kurtis Foster immediately jumped White and was given a four-minute penalty for his troubles.

As for White, he received a five-minute major for elbowing, a five-minute major for fighting and a game misconduct. You could say he got the book thrown at him.
