Winnipeg's playoff hopes are alive thanks to some late-game heroics by their netminder.

With the Jets up by just a goal and the Sabres pressing to tie it up, Ondrej Pavelec made an impressive save to keep them off the scoreboard.

The Jets hung on for the 2-1 win, and now they'll prepare for a showdown with the Capitals on Tuesday that could decide who wins the Southeast Division and gets the three-seed in the East.
