The St. Louis Blues backed into the Stanley Cup Playoffs with a six-game losing streak, and there was perhaps no player on the roster that struggled more over that stretch than prized trade deadline acquisition Ryan Miller.
Ryan Miller looks helpless against Patrick Kane breakaway
You don’t want to see Patrick Kane on a breakaway, but you at least have to try to stop it.

The first period of Game 1 of their Western Conference series against the defending champion Chicago Blackhawks did not go any better for Miller or the Blues. Miller allowed three goals on the first seven shots he faced in a crazy back-and-forth period, including this breakaway goal by Patrick Kane with a minute-and-a-half to play.
Let’s just say that Miller looked a little overmatched.
Since the trade from Buffalo Miller's numbers have plummeted, posting just a .903 save percentage with the Blues compared to his .923 with the Sabres.
Goalies, man. Can’t predict them.
