Sometimes, goaltenders just can't match the skill of the skater in front of them. Martin Jones faced this exact situation Thursday evening, as Los Angeles Kings forward Tyler Toffoli pulled at least three moves on the Sharks netminder to put the visitors up 1-0.

And the Sharks defense just watches.

Toffoli starts on the forehand, then goes inside, outside, inside again, toe drags around Jones’ sprawling pad and manages to bank the puck off of the Sharks’ cage before depositing it home.

— Stephanie (@myregularface) October 23, 2015 What might be more impressive about the goal is the fact that all three Sharks playing defense were just as dazzled by Toffoli’s moves as Jones was. Seriously, he was left all alone in front with no San Jose pressure to disrupt the sequence. Good for Toffoli, bad for the Sharks.
