The Minnesota Wild began their tilt with the Winnipeg Jets on Sunday with one of their best (and fastest) goals in the history of their franchise.

Jason Zucker scored the best goal of his career quickly in Winnipeg.


After reading that sentence you might expect the goal-scorer to be someone like elite players Thomas Vanek or Zach Parise. You would be wrong. It was little third-line winger Jason Zucker who silenced the Winnipeg fans with a beauty of a goal just ten seconds into the game.

The Jets weren’t fazed, however, and quickly took control of the game with two goals in response.
