Even referees get emotional over hockey games, it seems. After Frank Vatrano scored the game winner for the Bruins 3:32 into the overtime period, his celebration carried him over to the far boards directly in the path of a referee. The ref clearly wasn't having any part of said celebrations, so he pushed Vatrano as far away as he could when a two hundred pound or so hockey player is barreling down on you after scoring the game-winning goal.
NHL referee wants no part of Bruins’ game-winning celebration
What did Frank Vatrano ever do to you?
it's such a hearty shove, i can't stop laughing pic.twitter.com/KQgzLoodcC
— Stephanie (@myregularface) November 26, 2015 Vatrano clearly didn't even mind the shove and kept on celebrating with his teammates anyway, minus the ref who was definitely not having any part of Boston's good time.
