Dan Girardi is something of a whipping boy for New York Rangers fans. On a loaded blue line he's clearly the weakest link, and they like to point this out often.

Dan Girardi got dizzy.

He didn't help his cause on Friday in Colorado. The Avalanche were on a power play and Girardi was defending along the boards when Avs center Nathan MacKinnon performed the hockey equivalent of a juke move on him.

— Ryan Ohanesian (@ryanohan) November 7, 2015 If you look closely you can spot the giant divot left by Girardi’s skate when MacKinnon spun him like a Beyblade. (If you don’t know what a Beyblade is then A) google it and B) what were you even doing in 2000?)
