The Canadiens finally broke through the brick wall of Capitals netminder Braden Holtby thanks to the quick moves of Lars Eller. The fleet-footed forward had very little room to maneuver, but he made the most of his space and buried a shot five-hole after some fancy moves.
Lars Eller went backhand to forehand for flawless spin goal
Quite a move in tight space.

— CAPITALS HILL (@CapitalsHill) December 4, 2015 Eller may have been facing away from Holtby to start the play, but he used his momentum to spin himself around to get a better position on the shot. The full movement of receiving the shot on the forehand, flipping to the backhand on the spin, and finishing on the forehand is quite a sequence to behold. Holtby should have closed the five-hole sooner, but the moves Eller pulled absolutely deserved a goal.
