Chris Kreider beats the buzzer with goal to end first period in Game 6

Kreider got his second goal of the night with 0.3 seconds on the clock.

Chris Kreider accomplished something special on Sunday in Game 6, scoring in the first and final minutes of the opening period to give the New York Rangers a 2-0 lead.

Just 40 seconds into the first period, the Rangers winger blazed into the offensive zone and scored a pretty backhand goal on Washington Capitals goalie Braden Holtby.

But he wasn’t done. With just 0.3 seconds left in the first period, Kreider scooped up a juicy rebound and scored to beat the buzzer.

Nice timing, Chris!
