There's little doubt the tilt between the New York Islanders and New York Rangers was filled with more tension than any other game on Thursday. But nobody could've expected the two teams to resort to schoolyard behavior.
Rangers player mocks opponent with ‘chicken wings’ routine because athletes are large children
And sports are basically school playgrounds for adults.

Let us explain. Islanders forward Cal Clutterbuck got into a war of words with Rangers tough guy Tanner Glass along the benches. Clutterbuck eventually decided he had had enough of the conversation and started to turn away.
That’s when Glass crossed the line no five-year-old kid dare cross on the school playground.
That’s right. He did the chicken wings at Clutterbuck. Clutterbuck’s only response to such a grievous offense was to utter “nuh-uh, you’re stupid!” back at Glass. Probably.
Such depravity. What has sports come to?
