Highlights: The Last Six Meetings Between Juventus And Napoli

Catch the highlights of the matches between Napoli and Juventus over the past two seasons, including Napoli’s win in the Coppa Italia and the brutality of the SuperCoppa.

Juventus and Napoli have met six times in the last two seasons. In Serie A, both sides won once and drew twice. Napoli won the Coppa Italia, but Juventus won the SuperCoppa. In other words, this series of highlights tells us exactly nothing about what the result will be when the two table-topping sides meet on Saturday. But they're still pretty fun to watch.

January 9, 2011: Napoli 3-0 Juventus

Highlight: A toss-up between Edinson Cavani scoring final goal of hattrick with a header, but cleverly making it look as though he's done a scorpion kick, and Carlo Alvino losing his voice while calling him a god.

May 22, 2011: Juventus 2-2 Napoli

Highlight: the defensive work of the crossbar. It denied Alessandro Del Piero twice and Christiano Lucarelli once.

November 29, 2011: Napoli 3-3 Juventus

Highlight: Marek Hamsik celebrating after converting a penalty, only to have it called back, and then him missing the re-take. It really makes it seem inevitable that Juventus would come back to draw after being down 3-1.

April 1, 2012: Juventus 3-0 Napoli

Highlight: Arturo Vidal redefines "Happy Feet"

May 20, 2012: Juventus 0-2 Napoli (Coppa Italia)

Highlight: HD coverage of the intense man cuddles as the partenopei do what was meant to be impossible: beat Juventus in 2011-2012

August 11, 2012: Juventus 4-2 Napoli (SuperCoppa)

Highlight: Napoli do Kung Fu. It’s no wonder that this match ended with Napoli down to nine men.
