Assuming Jozy Altidore's Twitter account is more reliable than other outlets, it looks like he'll be heading to Turkey to join reigning league champions Bursaspor on a six-month loan. The Green Crocodiles are currently second in Süper Lig, two points shy of Trabzonspor.

Altidore had previously been reported as going to La Liga’s Levante by the AP, but that was later revealed to be based on a false report by a fake English-language La Liga Twitter account. Altidore’s agent had mentioned that there was interest from a Turkish team, which was apparently Bursaspor.
Bursaspor made the Champions League this year, but was eliminated in group play after claiming just one point and post a -14 goal difference in six matches. The only point they claimed was a scoreless tie against Rangers.
