Manchester City Transfer Rumors: Mario Balotelli Going Nowhere

I suppose that this is more of an anti-transfer rumour than a transfer rumour per se, but Mario Balotelli has announced that he will not be leaving Manchester City to move back to Italy - for now. Well, I say 'announced', but it seems more like a reaction to a press corps insisting on asking whether or not he'd entertain the idea of a move to Serie A champions AC Milan. His response?

For the time being, I am happy in England. I compliment Milan for winning the Scudetto, but with regards to me, I am happy in England.

Thrilling stuff, eh? Balotelli had an interesting start to his career with City following a summer move from Milan's arch-rivals Inter Milan, but he's clearly got enough talent to be worth working with and he's previously described how much he enjoys life under Roberto Mancini. Nobody saw him going anywhere before this, and nobody's expecting him to go anywhere now. Yay transfer rumours!
