Arsenal are looking at a major-rejuggling of the team, and there are few better options for them in this transfer window than Valencia winger Juan Mata. Arsene Wenger knows that, of course, and has apparently submitted a bid believed to be in the region of £20M for the 23-year-old. With Mata believed to be on his way to London this weekend, all seems good for Arsenal, right?

Yep, that's Tottenham Hotspur apparently jumping in with a 25M bid for the Arsenal target despite... well, having Gareth Bale to play left wing already and Rafael van der Vaart in the middle. With Spurs not really needing help in either position Mata favours, could they be deliberately trying to sabotage their rivals' deal?
