There is no such thing as a bad win, and every win counts for three points. Maybe an exception to the rule should be made for the way AC Milan played on Saturday.
AC Milan Vs. Cesena Live, 2011 Serie A: Full Time, Boring Rossoneri Scrape Win
Okay, so that's over the top. It's arrogant to presume that the way one person likes football is inherently better than others styles of football, but Milan probably bored quite a few people to tears with their 1-0 win over Cesena. Clarence Seedorf scored an absolutely brilliant goal in the 5th minute - and honestly, they probably do deserve to win just because of how good that finish was - but they defended for the remaining 85 minutes. Cesena actually had more clear cut scoring chances than they did, and they're almost purely a defending and counter-attacking side.
Some probably thought Milan did an excellent job to defend perfectly for 85 minutes after they scored. Good for those people. Most of the world found this game absolutely dull beyond belief.
