There used to be this fun debate, “who is the best team in MLS?” People would argue and argue and argue about it. Is it the Galaxy? Maybe RSL? How about the Sounders? Wrong, wrong, wrong. It’s Sporting, who have won all seven of their matches this season and have ended any discussion as to who might be the best team in the league.

For all of the talk about Chris Wondolowski, San Jose has had some of the best midfield play in the league this season. Sam Cronin has plenyed splendidly and both Rafael Baca and Khari Stephenson have upped their level of play, but Salt Lake has had the best midfield in MLS for a few years now. Pick: Draw, 1-1.
Saturday, 6:00 p.m. ET, Galavision
