It’s the last weekend of the Bundesliga. I’m sad.

    Christof Koepsel

The final weekend of the 2012-2013 Bundesliga season is finally upon us. With races still alive for the Champions League, Europa League, and the relegation battle, there’s a lot to play for on the final day.

Hannover vs Fortuna Düsseldorf - 9:30 AM ET / 15:30 CET

A win here sure would do Fortuna Düsseldorf some good considering they’re in the middle of an all important relegation battle. However, the best they can hope for this weekend will be a draw when they visit Hannover. A date in the Promotion/Relegation Playoff awaits them.

    Prediction: Hannover 1 - 1 Fortuna Düsseldorf
