The inclusion of the Togolese forward may come as a surprise, with Jermain Defoe relegated to the bench, although Spurs fans will be pleased to see Aaron Lennon make the team after suggestions he may miss out. Moussa Dembele, however, is unavailable.
Chelsea, meanwhile, opt for Fernando Torres up front, but put David Luiz in central midfield next to Ramires in the absence of the injured John Obi Mikel. Branislav Ivanovic also starts at centre-back, partnering Gary Cahill, with Cesar Azpilicueta taking his place at right-back.
