David Marshall makes incredible stoppage time save to earn Cardiff City a draw

Wut.

It took 92 minutes, but Aston Villa finally had themselves a match-winner. A great ball in and subsequent cross left Andi Weimann with a wide open goal. All he had to do was put it on frame and he would give the Villains three valuable away points.

He saw the cross come to him, hit it with the outside of his boot and it was goal-bound. Mission accomplished.

Only David Marshall got on his broom, grabbed his wand and made the save like a damn wizard.

Next we’ll find out that Marshall honed his skills on the quidditch ground.
