Spain had their big derby over the weekend so it's only natural that England would want to follow-up with one of their biggest rivalry games just two days later. Such is the case on Tuesday when Manchester City travels the short distance to Old Trafford for a Manchester Derby with massive title implications.

This match is one of City's "games in hand" over Chelsea and Liverpool, which means that in addition to the normal pressure involved with a derby, Manuel Pellegrini must factor in how important three points is to his team. Full points for City this week -- a win over United and a win over Arsenal on Saturday -- would put City in the driver's seat for the 2013-14 title.
Manchester United on the other hand will not be winning a second straight league title. What they can do on Tuesday is put a major dent in City's chances of winning their second in three years. Despite United's struggles this season, causing some misery for their neighbors would likely help David Moyes win some much needed points with fans.
Both teams will be without their first choice strikers with City’s Sergio Agüero (hamstring) and United’s Robin van Persie (knee) both on the sidelines.
