Raise your hand if you thought Australia were going to seriously challenge the Netherlands today? No? Didn't think so, but they lead 2-1 thanks to Mile Jedinak, who scored from the penalty spot in the 54th minute to fire them ahead.
Australia go ahead of the Netherlands on a penalty
The penalty came on this handball by Daryl Janmaat, who was really unlucky. He's obviously not trying to play the ball with his hand at all, but he stuck his arm out, and his arm stopped the ball from getting into a dangerous spot. It's a penalty.
Can the Aussies hang on? This is pretty shocking.
