FIFA president Sepp Blatter and secretary general Jerome Valcke aren't at the Women's World Cup final. Partially because they have a lot of work to do in cleaning up FIFA, but also partially because they're scared of getting arrested. The fact that they're not terribly bothered about women's football doesn't help either.

With all of them absent, who will present the trophy to the winner of the final between the United States and Japan? Your guess is as good as ours. FIFA doesn't even know the answer to that question.
FIFA say no confirmation as yet as to who will present the trophy tonight. Issa Hayatou of CAF is the top-ranking FIFA official here.
