Australian Open 2011 Results: Top-Ranked Caroline Wozniacki Upset By Li Na

Li Na will be the first Chinese player to ever reach a Grand Slam singles final after beating top-ranked Caroline Wozniacki 3-6, 7-5, 6-3 Thursday in the Australian Open semifinals.

Wozniacki, who playing at a major for the first time as the No. 1 player in the world, had match point at 5-4 and 40-30 in the second set before Li rallied to take the lead for good.

A little over an hour later, she served out on her first match point. Li will face either No. 3 Kim Clijsters or No. 2 Vera Zvonareva in the final. Li lost to Serena Williams in the semifinals here last year.
