Serena Williams Has New Dictionary Terms For Fans

Serena Williams is preparing her fans for a bunch of new terms that are Serena-fied.

The World No. 14 tennis player, who is not appearing in this week’s China Open, began yesterday with her new Serena lingo.

She released it, of course, on Twitter to her more than 2.2 million followers.

Her first Serena lingo tweet was:

“Serena lingo- please add to your vocab: Loose- Short for Loser Maj- short for Major Muff- short for Muffin Top Stay tuned for more. :)”

This tweet was followed by another tweet that told her followers to practice using her new terms in a sentence.

Maybe Serena was sleep deprived. She did tweet out her new words at 3:32 in the morning.

I guess it’s cool to come up with your own language, like it was cool to play telephone in third grade.

If you’re Serena, though, probably anything is better than another $2,000 fine from the USTA for calling an umpire “a hater.”
