Alex Rodriguez has admitted to using performance-enhancing drugs during his time with the Rangers between 2001 and 2003, but has denied any such use after joining the Yankees in 2004. Major League Baseball has investigated his claims, and the New York Times is reporting that the league will not slap Rodriguez with any sort of penalty.
