After a meeting with Canadian PM Stephen Harper, President Obama tentatively agreed to make an exemption to the ban on foreign carriers flying between American cities for the Canadian sports teams of the NHL, MLB, and NBA.
So congratulations to Air Canada. I’m sure the loss of the Columbus-Tampa route had them on the verge of bankruptcy.
