Well the Joe Cox era got off to an auspicious start at Georgia--a 10 play, 80-yard start, to be exact, that ended with a Cox touchdown pass. From there, though, Oklahoma State has tightened the screws on defense, and the Bulldog offense has been thwarted at every turn.
Cowboys Up 3 at the Half
After leading by a touchdown for most of the first half, Oklahoma State struck back in explosive fashion--with a 42-yard touchdown pass to star wideout Dez Bryant. The half ended when Oklahoma State recovered a fumble and started on a the Georgia 6-yard line, only to find themselves pushed backwards, and eventually forced to settle for a field goal.
That leaves us with a 10-7 score at the half, with Oklahoma State up by 3. Boys, it looks like we got ourselves a good ole fashioned DAWGfight down ‘dere between the hedges in Stillwater.

Really though, as both teams get more comfortable (it’s the first game, remember) it should be a great second half.
