They’re dropping like flies, I tell you. Coordinators all over the league are getting axed, Stewart Bradley went down for the year earlier in the preseason, and now the Rams’ starting DE and former first round pick Adam Carriker is out for the year.
Rams’ Carriker Done for the Year

Adam Carriker made his preseason debut for the Rams on Thursday, but it was his last game action of the season. [...]
Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo said Carriker had an MRI exam on the shoulder Friday and didn’t sound optimistic about the diagnosis.
“It hurts,” Spagnuolo said. “Although there were a couple of plays I thought he looked impressive on, but now it’s not so much that as it is the significance of the injury that we’re concerned about.”
An official announcement from the Rams is forthcoming, so stay tuned for that, but right now it looks like another NFL starter is a preseason casualty.
