↵I wasn't expecting anything to top Pittsburgh's triple-overtime win over West Virginia on Friday night during this weekend of college hoops, especially because the sport is still a third option behind the Winter Olympics and NBA All-Star festivities. But the Cal State Northridge-Cal State Fullerton tilt on Saturday night wasn't anywhere near the vicinity of my radar. So I'm as surprised as The Dagger's Jeff Eisenberg is, but I have to call another game perhaps the best in college basketball this year.↵
↵↵The Titans' 113-112 win over the Matadors ticked off a ton of checkmarks for greatness. Rainbow three to send it to overtime? Check. Great defensive play to send it to double overtime? Check. Excellent pass out of a double team for the three to send it to triple overtime? Check. Game-tying lay-up by a walk-on off a deliberate free throw miss, followed by a game-winning and-one free throw? Absolutely. Half-court heave that catches back iron at the buzzer? Why not? (The box score is packed with treasures, too.)↵
