Broncos LT Ryan Clady Could Miss Three Months After Patellar Tendon Tear

Pro Football Talk reported that Broncos LT Ryan Clady tore his patellar tendon playing basketball.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter confirms that report and reports that Clady is telling people that he will miss three months.

SB Nation’s Mile High Report has more on the injury:

Clady tells Fox 31’s Josina Anderson that his injury has already been surgically repaired, “it’s not that bad”, and he’s “hopeful he will be ready for training camp”. Perhaps Clady is just being optimistic, or perhaps the tear was slight, and his recovery speed will be faster.

If it’s only the offseason, then that’s huge for the Broncos.

Stay tuned to more at Mile High Report.
