2011 NFL Draft: Can Jake Locker Be Third QB Off The Board?
Washington QB Jake Locker is trying to position himself as the third quarterback taken in the 2011 NFL draft behind QB Cam Newton and QB Blaine Gabbert. It’s unclear where Locker could go but I think the highest you’ll see him is on the edge of the top 10.
Locker isn’t guaranteed to be the third quarterback off the board but, if he is, I could see him going as high as 10th to the Redskins or 12th to the Vikings.

QB Jake Locker is expected to be a first round pick in the 2011 NFL draft and the former Washington Huskies QB is going through workouts with various NFL teams to prove he’s worth it.
The National Football Post reports Locker will workout with the Minnesota Vikings while NFL Network reports that he’s also scheduled to work out with the Seattle Seahawks and Tennessee Titans. All three teams could use a quarterback so working Locker out is a no-brainer.
