The Pittsburgh Steelers have completely overpowered the Philadelphia Eagles in the first half of their preseason matchup, leading the "Dream Team" (yes, those are sarcastic quotes) 21-0.
Eagles Vs. Steelers Score: Steelers Dominate Eagles, Vick
Despite losing two linemen to injuries, tackles Jonathan Scott and Marcus Gilbert, the Steelers have run roughshod over the re-tooled Eagles' D, compiling two long touchdown drives ending with Ben Roethlisberger passing scores to Antonio Brown and Hines Ward respectively.
The Steelers closed the half with Byron Leftwich tossing a score to the newest Steeler, Jerricho Cotchery.
On the other side of the ball, Michael Vick suffered perhaps his worst half as an Eagles, throwing three interceptions and completing just five passes for 47 yards.
Vick and the Eagles offense played the entire first half, mainly because they played so rarely. They only had possession for 6:32 in the first half. It remains to be seen, obviously, whether we see the first-teamers in the second half. I would play them, mostly because they look so bad that they clearly need to play more together.
