Kendall Hunter broke free for a 53-yard touchdown scamper and the San Francisco 49ers' defense held stout in a 17-3 win over the Oakland Raiders on Saturday night. It was all San Francisco in the battle between Bay Area teams, with the Raiders only managing a third-quarter field goal by Sebastian Janikowski. But there was at least one cause for concern for the 49ers.
