Denver Broncos running back Montee Ball rushed 11 times for 37 yards and a touchdown in the Week 8 win over the Washington Redskins. He only got three less carries than veteran Knowshon Moreno but did get the bulk of the red zone carries. With Ronnie Hillman in the doghouse and inactive due to fumbling issues, the Broncos backfield appears to have settled into a two man committee. Moreno got the bulk of the work in the passing game however as Ball was only targeted once in the game by quarterback Peyton Manning.
Montee Ball’s stock on the rise as he scores for fantasy owners
Denver Broncos rookie running back Montee Ball rushed 11 times for 37 yards and a touchdown in the Week 8 win over the Washington Redskins. We bring you the fantasy implications here.

Fantasy impact: Ball's stock is now on the rise as he is starting to see some significant work and the Broncos has expressed a desire to limit Moreno's workload to keep him fresh. Ball got three of the four goal line carries and scored on a four yard run. Ball is now worth a look in most leagues though Moreno is more valuable in PPR leagues. The Broncos backfield looks to be settling into a two man committee. The Broncos head into a much needed Week 9 bye week and will face the San Diego Chargers when they return in Week 10.
