Another week, another quarterback change. When Mark Sanchez starts for the Eagles on Sunday, they will be the 12th team to have multiple quarterbacks start a game this season. Foles' injury might be the most serious, and it certainly is the biggest one from a fantasy perspective because he's going to miss so much time.
Fantasy football waiver wire: 5 quarterbacks to target for Week 10
The Eagles have a new quarterback running their high-powered offense. Should fantasy owners give Mark Sanchez a look?

Mark Sanchez, Philadelphia Eagles (owned in 3 percent of leagues) -- He was literally the butt of jokes for his world-famous butt fumble. However, he looked solid against the Houston Texans in Week 9, finishing with 202 yards, two scores and two interceptions on 15-of-22 passing. He's going to start for a while and perhaps for the rest of the season. His first start is a great one against the inept pass defense of the Carolina Panthers, who have been torched on deep balls all season. Obviously the risk is huge, but a great schedule, a strong system from coach Chip Kelly and plenty of weapons at his disposal make him a decent backup QB to add.
Alex Smith, Kansas City Chiefs (owned in 46 percent of leagues) -- As many expected, Alex Smith handled the New York Jets in Week 9, completing 21 of his 31 passes for 199 yards and two scores for a passer rating 106.8. He completed passes to nine different receivers and is starting to string games together. Of course, the Chiefs are going to be a run-first offense, but they are starting to score and Smith has become a decent matchup play. He gets the Buffalo Bills in Week 10, which is a so-so matchup for a QB. However, Buffalo has a great run defense, so the Chiefs probably won't be leaning on Jamaal Charles as much. If you lost Foles, Smith is a safe, low-upside guy to use the rest of the way.
`
Kyle Orton, Buffalo Bills (owned in 9 percent of leagues) -- As mentioned, the Bills get the Chiefs this week, which is bad news for Orton. The Chiefs are allowing the fewest passing yards in the NFL, which is a big surprise considering how awful they were to start the season against the Tennessee Titans and Denver Broncos. However, Orton is coming in hot in Week 8, throwing four scores and racking up 238 yards against the Jets. The bye week probably helped Orton, and receiver Sammy Watkins looking great also helps the Bills offense as a whole. What's more, they don't have their top two running backs, so it should be a more balanced attack on offense rather than run-heavy.
Play Fanduel, Win big money
Michael Vick, New York Jets (owned in 9 percent of leagues) -- The Jets are a lost cause and their season is basically over. Quarterback Geno Smith wasn't even active on Sunday and it's pretty clear the team is done with him after one of the worst starts in the past 20 seasons, throwing three picks on eight attempts in Week 8. Vick had a decent game against the Chiefs in Week 9, with 196 passing yards and a touchdown to go with 18 rushing yards. However, he was hurt on two different occasions and he did not finish the contest due to a head issue. This is nothing new for Vick, so the in-game injury risk is something his fantasy owners will want to think about. The Jets get the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 10 -- it's going to be a blowout, so expect Vick to have a lot of chances to make plays against a prevent D in the fourth quarter.
Austin Davis, St. Louis Rams (owned in 11 percent of leagues) -- This one is all about the matchup. The Arizona Cardinals have been gashed in the pass all season, with the exception of Dallas Cowboys backup quarterback Brandon Weeden stinking up the joint in Week 9. The Cardinals have allowed the most passing yards per game in the NFL and they have even given up big days to quarterbacks such as Derek Carr of the Oakland Raiders. Davis is a high-end QB2 this week.
