Costa Rica have lined up mostly as expected against Greece, but there are a couple of surprises from their opponents.

Greece have changed their side again as they face Costa Rica in a battle between two smaller teams in the first knockout round.
Bryan Ruiz and Joel Campbell both start up front, with Celso Borges, Christian Bolanos and Yeltsin Tejeda comprising the midfield ahead of a back five for the Central Americans.
Greece, meanwhile, have Andreas Samaris starting with Pantiagonos Kone dropped to the bench. Giorgios Karagounis captains the team in midfield, with the veteran midfielder playing for probably his last game for the international side, while Georgios Samaras again starts as the Celtic man looks to provide a creative spark for the side.
