Costa Rica starting lineup (5-3-2): Keylor Navas; Giancarlo Gonzalez, Oscar Duarte, Cristian Gamboa, Michael Umaña, Junior Diaz; Celso Borges, Christian Bolanos, Yeltsin Tejeda; Bryan Ruiz; Joel Campbell.
