Greg Hardy briefly leaves Seahawks game with injury
The Cowboys pass rusher returned to the game after a left leg injury.

Hardy was ruled probable to return and was spotted on the Cowboys’ bench to open the second half. He had three tackles, one of them for a loss, before leaving. Eventually, he did return to the game and finished the game, a Cowboys loss, without issue.
Hardy was a controversial addition to the Cowboys this offseason. He served a four-game suspension stemming from his conviction on domestic violence charges in 2014. Those charges were dropped after the victim refused to cooperate with authorities during Hardy’s appeal.
More recently, Hardy got in an altercation with the Cowboys’ special teams coordinator after the Cowboys gave up a kick return for a touchdown late during last week’s loss to the New York Giants. The Cowboys -- owner/general manage Jerry Jones, head coach Jason Garrett and teammates -- all defended Hardy, citing the incident as a product of his healthy passion for the game.
