The San Francisco 49ers have ruled out Carlos Hyde vs. the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The good news is Hyde should return after the team’s Week 8 bye, according to San Jose Mercury News reporter Cam Inman.
Carlos Hyde injury update: RB out for 49ers, fantasy owners
The 49ers will not have Carlos Hyde in Week 7, but he is expected to miss only one game with his shoulder issue.

A shoulder injury is keeping Hyde sidelined for now after he failed to practice this week. He was a stud over the first six games this season while being the lone bright spot in a bad 49ers offense.
Hyde has 429 yards and six scores on 109 carries to go with 13 catches for 66 yards. He is a must-start when healthy, so hopefully this injury keeps him out for only one game.
Fantasy Impact: With Hyde out in Week 7, the 49ers will likely rely on Mike Davis as the starting running back, which makes him an interesting fantasy play. Shaun Draughn is also on the roster, but he hasn’t shown much this year.
