James Starks could become the top back in Green Bay once he is healthy.

One of the top waiver-wire pickups of Week 10, Starks may soon be the top running back in Green Bay with Eddie Lacy on I.R. Ty Montgomery has moved from wide receiver to take more snaps in the backfield, but Starks should be the guy getting most of the touches once he is healthy.
Starks is recovering from knee surgery that happened on Oct. 16 and sidelined him for the past four games.
Fantasy Impact: If Starks were to play in Week 10, Yahoo! has him ranked as the 45th-best running back. He would face a Titans defense allowing the 13th-fewest fantasy points to running backs this season.
Even if Starks plays, keep him on the bench until we get a better feel for his role in the Packers’ offense.
