The Pittsburgh Steelers have ruled our DeAngelo Williams against the Cleveland Browns in Week 11.
DeAngelo Williams injury update: Steelers RB out vs. Browns, for fantasy owners
The Steelers continue to rely heavily on Le’Veon Bell while backup DeAngelo Williams remains sidelined.

Williams is still recovering from knee surgery that could sideline him for 1-2 more games. The 33-year-old running back has been injury prone for most of his career, though he has been as good of a fantasy back as you can ask for when healthy and starting.
Those two things were in play for the first three games while Le’Veon Bell was suspended. Williams racked up 347 all-purpose yards and three scores in those games, but has just 20 total yards and no scores since.
Fantasy Impact: With Williams out, third-string running back Fitzgerald Toussaint could get some touches against the Browns, especially if the game turns into a blowout. Bell will still get most of the touches, though, and no other Steelers back is worth playing in fantasy football as long as Bell is healthy.
