Welcome to the final week of the 2016 NFL regular season. Most leagues wrapped up their title games on Monday, but there are still a few leagues out there torturing you with a Week 17 championship game. And with that, it is time for fantasy football rankings for defense/special teams units.
Fantasy football rankings, 2016: Defense/special teams for Week 17
The SB Nation fantasy team reveals which defense/special teams rank in the top 25 heading into Week 17.

The big thing to keep in mind this week is which teams are potentially resting players. The most notable example might be the Pittsburgh Steelers. Their playoff position is set, and so a normally juicy matchup with the Cleveland Browns loses a little of its luster. On the other hand, the Seattle Seahawks still have a shot at a first-round bye, and thus their Week 17 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers is particularly enticing.
Most solid defenses remain decent options, but with injuries piling up, keep an eye on the health of your squad.
