The Oakland Raiders have arguably the best offense in the NFL right now, and Jalen Richard is the perfect backup running back for it.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 14: Jalen Richard an easy call vs. Chiefs
Jalen Richard has a nice role in Oakland’s offense, but not enough to be a fantasy starter.

The rookie out of Southern Miss has 357 yards on just 62 runs, good for a 5.8 average to go with one touchdown. He also has 21 catches for 173 yards and another score.
While he may be doing a lot with his touches, he is not getting enough of them to be fantasy relevant, at least as long as incumbent starter Latavius Murray is healthy. That should continue this week when Oakland faces the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday Night Football.
Fantasy Impact: Yahoo! ranks Richard as the 47th-best running back in Week 14. He faces a Kansas City defense allowing the eighth-most rushing yards to running backs this season.
Keep Richard on the bench this week. He is not even worth a roster spot at this point.
